Maxima D range of submersible drainage pumps
A range of submersible pumps by Maxima with vortex impeller, suitable for a variety of domestic applications such as drainage emptying sumps, transferring clean or dirty water.
These pumps will handle up to 35mm solids.
The pumps are fitted with 10m waterproof cable and a float switch for automatic operation when emptying a sump.

Zenit DR Steel range of drainage pumps
A range of submersible stainless steel pumps by Zenit, used for drainage and waste water with float switch for automatic operation.
Suitable for emptying sumps, drainage and transfer of dirty water that has solids less than 12mm size.
The DR-Steel 75 is also available in 3-phase 400 V (e.g industrial use or large farms etc.) as well as the usual 1-phase 230 V (e.g. domestic installations etc.).
* Note that the GF version uses a vertical sliding float switch instead of regular float switch, suited to installations where space is confined.

These pumps have a 40 mm solids handling capability and have a vortex impeller. They suitable for emptying sumps, pumping septic tank discharge effluent, emergency drainage and transfer of dirty water.
The DG-Steel 75 is also available in 3-phase 400 V (e.g industrial use or large farms etc.) as well as the usual 1-phase 230 V (e.g. domestic installations etc.).

Lelli F range of cast iron solids handling pumps
Submersible vortex pumps, made by Lelli in Italy, used for waste water containing solids.
Robust construction with cast iron body and a float switch for automatic operation.
Suitable for emptying sumps and septic tanks, emergency drainage and agricultural dirty water. The F1520 can be used for pumping raw sewage but as it is not a macerator it requires a minimum of 2" bore pumping main (e.g. 63mm MDPE).
It is available in 3-phase 400 V (e.g industrial use or large farms etc.) as well as the usual 1-phase 230 V (e.g. domestic installations etc.).

Pentax DTR sewage macerator pumps
The DTR range of submersible macerator pumps, made by Pentax (also called grinder/cutter/chopper pumps). Used for pumping raw sewage. They are robust cast iron construction requiring a separate control box (starter) and float switch.
We can offer a dual float control box for more reliable control.
The DTR200 is available in 3-phase 400 V (industrial use or large farms etc.) as well as the usual 1-phase 230 V (e.g. domestic installations etc.).
The DTR300 and DTR400 models are available in 3-phase only.

The above control box is required for starting the single phase DTR pumps and contains capacitor and overload. A regular single float-switch can be connected to this for basic on/off control of the pump. For three-phase pumps these require at least a contactor/overload box installed then float switch wired to this.

Auto coupling threaded pedestal
These auto coupling allow quick withdrawal of a sewage pump from the chamber. 3/4" tubing is required to make up the guide rails and we can supply this for an additional price. See specification sheet for details of how this guide rail system works.
Three versions are available to suit different pump discharge port sizes but all have 2" on outlet side running to rising main pipe.
Main picture shows autocoupling. It also comes with top bracket (not shown). Rails will run between autocoupling and top bracket.
